When you make a pre-order purchase . . .

you are securing your shoes in a style that is not yet available, but is coming soon! THAT MEANS you are paying for your shoe in advance to reserve it.

Why should I pre-order?

TRONUS shoes are manufactured by hand with care. Each color and style is limited, some more than others. Securing a style before they are officially released is the best way to ensure you get them before they are gone. In some cases, once a style is released they are quickly purchased.  Waiting means you risk your style or size being sold out. 

Can pre-orders be cancelled?

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once your order is placed.
