NO HASSLE/Returns-Refund Policy

At TRONUS, we stand behind our luxury athleisure footwear and products 100%!  

It is our goal to service our customers in the best way possible. If your purchase is the incorrect size or color we will be glad to ISSUE A REFUND via STORE CREDIT. All defective or incorrect orders will be refunded in the payment form used for purchase. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMERSERVICE@TRONUSOFFICIAL.COM. All items must be in their original packaging and with tags, if applicable. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded.

Merchandise must be unworn, and in the original packaging. We’ll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below.

***All Apparel and Hats are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.  All orders are customized. Processing time for order can take up to 14 days. Shipping delivery time is based on shipping method selected.******

Please note that we do not make color corrections nor do we color match for every order. This means that the image that you see on your computer may vary from the product that you receive. 

IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a TRONUS E-Gift Card that will be sent to your email on file. TRONUS does not issue store credit/refund for the original shipping charges.

 

  1. Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, certificates of authenticity, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.
  2. Defective Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, returns will not be allowed on items after 30 days of purchase. Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of misuse. TRONUS are athleisure sneakers. TRONUS are not sports specific sneakers, and are NOT made for playing  basketball, football, or any other sports or "extreme" activities.   Products that exhibit manufacturer defects are available for store credit. For questions or concerns regarding defective merchandise please contact TRONUS customer support before returning the item, via chat or customerservice@tronusofficial.com. You must submit to our return portal(see below).
  3. Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via online chat or customerservice@tronusofficial.com, if you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.

ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED "FINAL SALES" AND CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR GIVEN STORE CREDIT, unless product is defective or you were shipped the Incorrect merchandise.

 

You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return via our Return Portal. Unless you received defective or incorrect merchandise. All returned merchandise will charged a 10% restock fee, unless you received defective or incorrect merchandise.

 

Gift Card Return Policy

 

TRONUS Gift Cards are redeemable for TRONUS merchandise ONLY. Gift Cards may not be returned, refunded or redeemed for cash. Please treat your TRONUS gift cards as cash, it is not refundable or replaceable if lost, stolen, used  without authorization or for any and all other reasons. ALL GIFT CARD SALES ARE FINAL.

 

Online Returns Policy

  • U.S. Domestic - Please access our Return Portal and start the returns process. Our Returns portal provides step-by-step instructions on how to return using the Online Returns Portal.
  • International  All International Orders are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or refunded.

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Socks, Masks and hats are non-returnable nor non-refundable.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a TRONUS E-Gift Card.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 15-20 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us, plus shipping time.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery via 

    Return Portal.


  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Atlanta, Georgia corporate office. 
  • All non-approved TRONUS items sent to our Distribution Center or Corporate Office will not be returned and will be considered a DONATION. All non-TRONUS items will be discarded upon receipt.

Important Pre-order Policy;

***Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded once your order is placed.***

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

  • This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
  • Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus shipping charges and 10% restock fee(s) per item.
  • We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. All Military Installments and PO Box orders MUST be shipped via UPS SUREPOST.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase or shipping method was selected incorrectly, ie: Military Installments and PO Boxes MUST be shipped via UPS SUREPOST.

 

Returns on Orders with Free Shipping

Orders that received Free Shipping will be subject to standard shipping costs if the returns drop the total purchase amount below $200.00

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

 

Exchanges for Online Purchases

Presently, we do not accommodate exchanges for purchases made online as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock in the size or style desired.

 

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery via the Return Portal. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
